Lead Program Integrator

Ness is looking for a highly skilled Lead Program Integrator who is looking for their next challenge.
This position includes responsible for driving New Product Introduction (NPI) program execution, develop the Integrated Program Plan /Schedule and ensure that the necessary resources are applied and deliverd to plan and worksing with a small to mid-sized cross-functional team to ensure product manufacturability, serviceability, safety and quality.
Full time position, in Haifa (Maternity leave replacement - One Year).

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Science - A must.
2+ years of experience in project leadership within a development or research environment, including previous leadership of a global and/or virtual team (Preferably within the medical device industry) - A must.
Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills (written and oral English) - A must.
Demonstrated understanding/experience with the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle - A must.
English high level - A must.
