The role involves, delivering tailored solutions that meet operational and budgetary requirements, identifying new business opportunities, defining marketing campaigns, and developing customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Pursue Business development efforts with international clients across C4I, military digitization, and border protection systemsDevelop creative and customized solutions in line with customer operational and financial needs & capabilitiesConduct market analysis and formulate strategic recommendations based on global defense and technology trendsLead business proposal processesDefine focused marketing and business development campaigns to promote company solutions and expand into new market sharesIdentify and lead business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and shape innovative solutions for targeted marketsCollaborate with senior management, engineering, marketing, procurement, finance, and other internal and external stakeholdersOperate within a dynamic, challenging matrix environment, managing multiple interfaces across customers, partners, and suppliersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree - mandatory (Engineering - advantage)Master's degree in business administration (MBA) - advantageRelevant military background (experience in military C4I systems, communications or ICT - advantage)Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international business development (preferably with defense sector clients abroad)Experience working in a matrix organizationProject management experience (large-scale and complex programs - advantage)Product management experience - advantageSkills and Competencies:Highly creative and strong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesStrong business orientation, Financial & Technological literacyBroad knowledge of defense and military ecosystems, needs, trends and cultureExcellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex systems and abstract concepts clearlyStrong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain client relationshipsWillingness to travel abroad and work in a demanding environmentFluency in English - written and spokenAdditional languages - an advantage**Only appropriate inquiries will be answered
