Customer Success Operations Specialist

We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

Requirements:

Background in project management/execution or engineering operational coordination - Mandatory
Background in Civil3D, ArcGIS Pro, and additional BIM software - Significant advantage
Deep familiarity with the content worlds of Customer Success in the fields of civil engineering
High assertiveness and ability to drive interpersonal interfaces
Ability to identify specific problems in the process and provide immediate solutions
Ability to work under pressure and manage a large number of tasks simultaneously

Job description:

Responsible for managing the execution of client’s rejects and customer success mechanism in Israel. The role includes operational management of task flows between the professional departments in the company. Monitoring schedules, ensuring that every customer inquiry receives a professional and quick response. The main goal: reducing reject processing time to a minimum and maintaining operational and project continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Reject Operations

Routine management of the reject pipeline - receipt, classification, and daily task prioritization
Routing tasks to relevant departments
Close follow-up with project managers to release bottlenecks in real time

Schedule Monitoring & Control

Ensuring alignment with the departmental goal - providing the optimal response or correction to the customer.
Escalating alerts on expected deviations and managing solutions to shorten delays
Verifying that a proper deliverable returns from the executing department before sending it for final control
Closing "short loops" between departments and preventing unnecessary delays
Reflecting workloads in the executing departments to the department manager for resource decision-making

Drawing Conclusions from Reject Types

Mapping and classifying recurring execution failures in projects
Implementing preventive work procedures together with the relevant teams
