Data Analyst and Storyteller

Position Overview: As a Data Analyst and Storyteller, you have a key role on crafting how we sell to our customer and how we give the best experience to our current customers, through providing them with the most accurate yet aesthetically pleasing visual reports. You will take a simple graph and provide a story of how our product can help our customers reach their goals. You will work closely with account managers, the trading department and other cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:

Data vizualisation: Create captivating charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings in an easily understandable format.

Data Storytelling: Translate complex insights into clear, concise, and engaging narratives tailored to specific audiences (e.g., executives, marketing teams, product managers). Present findings with confidence to various stakeholders, using storytelling techniques to engage and convince audiences.

Data Analysis: Utilize Excel, SQL, and other data manipulation tools to gather and prepare data from various sources. Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the trading-related data

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Previous experience in data analysis and storytelling, preferably in the financial services or digital asset industry.

Experience/knowledge in trading - advantage

Proficiency in Excel - Must. SQL - advantage

Experience with data visualization tools (such as Grafana) - Advantage

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Fluent English
