A Global Sales Director in Europe and Asia to lead the company’s sales strategy and execution.
The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the company’s global sales activities and achieving significant annual growth targets through a network of international distributors and sales agents.
Report to the CEO of the company.
1. Lead Global Sales Strategy & Execution
o Develop and implement annual sales plans, revenue targets, and go-to-market strategies.
o Manage the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification to deal closure and payment.
o Drive growth across existing and new market segments.
2. Manage Distributors and Sales Agents
o Recruit, train, and support international distributors and sales representatives.
o Monitor performance, set targets, and establish incentive programs.
o Participation in exhibitions and conferences
3. Market Expansion and Business Development - Identify new business opportunities and emerging applications in the RF/Fiber market.
o Expand the company’s global presence in key regions (Europe, Asia and Israel). o Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
4. Internal Collaboration
o Work closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
o Contribute to product positioning and technical sales presentations.
5. Reporting and Forecasting
o Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking through CRM tools: Zoho, Priority.
o Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management.
o Analyze trends and performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
o Responsible for customer complaints and requests (tickets) with coordination with the VP R&D. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven International Sales Experience o At least 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience in RF, Electronics, Fiber Optics, or Communication Systems.
o Defense and Telecommunication experience - Preferred
o Demonstrated success managing global sales via distributors and agents.
o Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
2. Strong Technical Understanding
o Solid knowledge of RF, 5G systems, electronics, fiber optics. o Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and procurement audience

. Business Leadership and Partner Management
o Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
o Experience managing distributor networks across multiple territories.
o Experience in digital marketing and AI marketing is a plus o Entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach.
4. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
o Fluent in English (spoken and written).
o Confident in customer presentations, technical discussions, and trade shows.
o Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
5. Willingness to Travel (Approx. 10%-15%) o International travel for partner visits, customer meetings, and exhibitions.
6. Education
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics,
or Business Administration (required).
o Master’s degree (MBA or Technical) – advantage.
