Global Sales Director

Rail Vision is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the company’s worldwide sales activities, drive expansion into new markets, and manage strategic accounts within the railway sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global sales activities across international marketsProactively identify and develop new business opportunities, independently generating a strong pipeline and converting leads into closed deals.Manage and execute complex sales processes, including contracts and tendersIdentify, recruit, and manage overseas agents and business partnersRepresent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and business travel engagementsWork closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs)Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, product, engineering, and marketing teamsRequirements:Requirements5+ years B2B international sales experience in startups - mandatoryStrong technical orientation with multidisciplinary productsBackground in rail, safety systems, or smart transportationFluent English; additional languages an advantageFamiliarity with HubSpot CRM
