As part of your role, you will:

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments - with a strong focus on R&D and technological roles - from proactive sourcing through onboarding.
Manage global hiring processes, working with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven tools, and additional creative sourcing channels.
Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines aligned with current and future organizational needs.

Proven experience recruiting for R&D and technological roles.
Significant experience managing global hiring processes.

High level of English (written and spoken).
Strong candidate assessment and evaluation skills.
