Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving data-driven decisions for Base44. This high-impact, fast-paced role is focused on building a new product category, requiring a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. In your day-to-day, you will:  
Analyze large datasets to inform, influence, and support Base44 business decisions  
Lead data and analytics initiatives, collaborating with teams across the company  
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring data accuracy and integrity  
Create tools to streamline data processes and improve efficiency  
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize features and implement new ones  
Perform detailed customer analyses, including churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, and customer value.

3-5 years of experience as a data or product analyst  
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
Solid understanding of online business and customer behavior analysis  
Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking abilities  
Self-starter who can manage projects independently from start to finish  
Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI  
Advanced SQL skills and experience using AI tools for data analysis  
Hands-on experience with designing and analyzing A/B tests
