our companys ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Execution & Validation group is looking for a sharp, driven, and technically oriented manager to lead cross-functional validation initiatives aimed at discovering bugs earlier in the development lifecycle. This role is at the heart of our effort to enhance validation methodologies across our companys ADAS algorithmic technologies, integrating AI-driven systems, data pipelines, and operational workflows. As the ADAS Validation Manager, youll orchestrate multiple teams, under you direct management, help shape our validation strategy and drive alignment across the organization. You will be the central point of contact for validation activities across ADAS, working closely with algorithm developers, analysts, and product stakeholders.
