We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for analyzing and optimizing mobile app performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and working with causality models to drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies.
Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives.
Developing and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in data analysis with proven business impact – preferably in the mobile apps market.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data.
