Darrow is on a mission to find and resolve every legal violation, and we are looking for a talented Data & Operations Analyst to help us transform the justice system. Our AI-powered Justice Intelligence Platform empowers plaintiffs’ attorneys to discover and litigate cases that help bring compensation to millions of victims, enforce corporate compliance, and protect the public against fraud and wrongdoing.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a BI, Business Operations, or RevOps role, preferably in a tech or fast-growing startup environment.
Proven hands-on experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI), automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n), and CRM/PM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com).
Strong technical operations mindset with a track record of building or maintaining internal systems and workflows.
Experience in management consulting or strategic operations roles (a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop tech-enabled solutions.
Comfortable being a thought partner with high-level management, while also digging deep into data and implementation.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Monday, Salesforce).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various levels.
Highly proficient in written and verbal English (must), and Hebrew (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Leverage data and automation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Zapier, Make, n8n) to create reports, dashboards, and automated workflows that monitor and enhance departmental performance.
Build and maintain integrations between different platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, CRMs, project management tools) to improve operational efficiency and scale internal processes.
Identify business improvement opportunities via analytics: assist in diagnosing and streamlining operational processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and improving efficiency.
Deliver and promote actionable business insights and trends to the team’s stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making and operational enhancements.
Support OKR Monitoring and Strategic Analysis: Gather data, support stakeholder communication, and assist management in conducting analyses to drive business growth.
Project Coordination: Help coordinate cross-team projects, applying best practices in project and workflow management.
