We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.In this role you'llCoordinate interviews and manage scheduling for roles across our growing Tel Aviv officeSource creative talent through multiple channels while building strong candidate pipelinesCreate an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Lemonade's culture and valuesSupport cross-functional recruiting projects and tech events with understanding of relevant skills and target companiesBuild relationships with passive candidates and maintain long-term sourcing strategiesTake on additional projects that help scale our talent operationsWhat you’ll need1+ years of experience in technical recruiting (engineering, product, or similar technical roles)Proven sourcing skills with significant candidate outreach experienceStrong communication skills with a positive, can-do approach to building relationshipsHigh-level English (written and verbal) and native HebrewSharp attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving environmentPassion for recruitment and genuine interest in growing within talent acquisitionReady to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a weekEnthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our cultureThings to know…Lemonade is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
