Program and Operations Manager

monday.com is looking for a Program Manager to join the Cross-Company Program Management Team, working closely with the CEO Office.

In this role, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, ensuring effective execution and alignment across the company. You will drive cross-functional projects, establish efficient processes, and manage key initiatives to support the CEO’s vision. This role requires a strategic business mindset, strong operational execution, and the ability to balance high-level planning with attention to detail.

• Partner with the CEO Office to translate strategic priorities into structured programs and execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, working across teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.
• Establish and refine operational processes, cadences, frameworks, and procedures to support strategic execution.
• Proactively identify challenges and gaps, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Facilitate strategic discussions, aligning stakeholders and driving decision-making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to provide visibility into program execution.
• Ensure continuous improvement, iterating on processes based on changing business needs.

• 3+ years of experience managing cross-company programs, preferably with large global software organizations
• Strong methodological thinking, and familiarity with program management best practices- Must.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levels
• Strategic thinking and ability to dive into technical aspects quickly
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantage
