Elbit C4I & Cyber Division – Network Warfare Business Line is looking for experienced program manager to lead multi-domains programs, from the early leady and until the delivery and post-sale support upon Latin America
 
 
Job Description:
 
 
Identifying business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships
Managing full program lifecycle: contract, implementation, validation, delivery, and ongoing support
Steering hardware & software R&D activities and aligning solutions with customer needs
Managing precise P&L, budget control, timelines, and materials
Working within a matrix environment and coordinating with engineering, logistics, procurement, subcontractors, and more
 
 
 
Job requirement:
 
 
Relevant B.Sc. engineering/management – an advantage
Experience with conducting business development and marketing processes abroad – an advantage
Military service as Company/Battery commander and up – an advantage
Strong Experience with management of logistics and technical complex program/project
Experience with generating, writing and presenting technical document and presentations 
Strong interpersonal and soft skills
Ability to motivate and conduct people in a multi dimension matrix based organization
Excellent English - read/write/talk and present
Excellent Spanish / Portuguese - read/write/talk and present 
Frequently travel abroad 
Foreign language – An advantage
