Strategic Programs Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Programs Manager to drive the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives, OKR planning, and program management leadership. This role will ensure that all high-impact programs—from the modular SaaS transition to M&A integration—are executed effectively.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution
Lead the OKR planning and tracking process across the company.
Drive quarterly strategy execution reviews and align teams on priorities.
Ensure strategic initiatives (e.g., modular SaaS transition, M&A integration, operational efficiency projects) are progressing on schedule.
Program Management of Strategic Initiatives
Oversee cross-functional execution of strategic programs and operational transformations.
Define success metrics and ensure structured tracking of program milestones.
Facilitate the operational execution of M&A process, working with finance, operations, revenue and tech departments.
Company Policies & Governance
Owns company policies & governance – creation and maintenance.
Establish and maintain cross-functional policies related to operations, business workflows, and strategic execution.
Ensure governance frameworks are in place to support scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
Process & Operational Efficiency Leadership
Identify and drive process improvements at a strategic level (e.g., GTM process transformation, SaaS operational scalability).
Work closely with Product, and CS to ensure alignment on operational workflows.
Define and implement company-wide efficiency metrics and structured execution reviews.
Identifies & Creates Business-Oriented Company Certifications
Define and implement business-driving certifications (e.g., CREST) that enhance credibility and market competitiveness.
Work cross-functionally to establish necessary compliance and operational requirements.
Ensure certifications align with strategic business goals and market positioning.
Qualifications:
5+ years in BizOps, Strategy Execution, or Program Management.
Experience in SaaS, M&A, and program governance is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to drive execution across multiple departments.
Data-driven decision-making mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience.
