About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic customer relationships, drive product adoption, and maximize customer value.
This role works closely with key customers and internal teams to create long-term partnerships and exceptional customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
Manage a portfolio of strategic and high-value customers
Lead onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth processes
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and decision makers
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Conduct strategic customer meetings and business reviews
Work closely with Product, Sales, Support, and R&D teams
Represent the voice of the customer internally
Improve Customer Success processes and methodologies
Drive high customer satisfaction and retention
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Must!
3+ years of experience as a CSM in a SaaS company
Proven experience managing complex customer relationships
Strong business understanding and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Fluent Hebrew and English
Hybrid availability for our Tel Aviv office
