You'll play a key role in shaping our growth plans by identifying and attracting top-notch tech talent in Israel and around the world. Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial phone screens to conducting in-depth behavioral interviews and extending offers.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide expert recruiting insights.
Be the champion for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging social networks, agencies, employee referrals, and other channels.
Proactively identify and source passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
Deepen your understanding of Aqua's business and utilize data analytics to inform recruitment decisions.

Requirements:

2-3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in a global tech company.
Proven track record of conducting successful phone interviews and in-depth HR interviews.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and nurture candidate engagement.
Strong understanding of modern sourcing practices and familiarity with relevant tools (a plus).
Collaborative team player with a "can-do" approach.
Ability to maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and conversation).
