What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst at Reeco, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy, product development, and operational efficiencies. You’ll work cross-functionally to empower teams with meaningful data insights, ensuring data-driven decisions at every level of the company.

Your responsibilities include:

Analyze and interpret data trends to drive strategic business and product decisions.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support teams across Product, Business, and R&D.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure data integrity and consistency, implementing best practices in data validation, governance, and reporting.
Explore AI-powered analytics tools to enhance data insights and business intelligence.

Requirements:

Who You Are

Experience:

3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Experience working with Data Warehouses (preferably Snowflake) and familiarity with DBT (a plus).
Exposure to AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.
A curious and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
