Operation Analyst

We are looking for Operations Analyst Specialist that will handle the following:

Provide concentrated and analyzed data to areal operation manager; to be assistance in various tasks for the regional operations.

Data collecting and reports

Collecting regional operational and Procurement data from B.I. system, analyzing it and issuing reports and remarks to operation and Procurement managers.
Monitoring operational and port expenses, identifying irregular expenses for cost avoidance.

Comparing analysis

Assisting Procurement manager in comparing cost vs. economic benefit in existing and new terminals related to current agreements
Sensitivity check for port services in comparison to other ports in the region.

Statistics and analysis

Collecting statistical data and evaluating ZIM activities for import, export, empties, reefers, storage and other port activities in the region

ZIM Feeder and Liner network in the region

Monitoring activities, changes in the feeder network, reporting to Regional Operations Manager and notifies Schedule Coordinators when updates are required

Daily operational reports

Collecting and concentrate daily operational updates on ports, partner’s and ZIM operated vessels. Issue and distribute regional operation report on daily basis.

Ports Operation KPI’s

Interaction with region agencies, in order, to ensure correctly provided port operational data. Analyzing Ports KPI and Monthly Procurement saving report

Port data base

Collecting and updating Ports specifics information data base, Terminals lay out, maintaining updates and issuing relevant reports



Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Economics
Experience as an Analyst– an advantage
Good presentation skills (preparing & presenting)
Excellent English & Hebrew level
Full control and use of EXCEL
