About Bits of Gold:

Bits of Gold is Israel’s leading digital asset trading platform, empowering individuals and businesses to buy, sell, and store digital currencies securely. We’re on a mission to redefine finance for the digital age, building best-in-class infrastructure and services in a rapidly evolving industry.

The Opportunity:

As a Trade Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our business - owning the execution and oversight of customer transactions, from fiat transfers to crypto trades. Today, that means hands-on transaction processing; increasingly, as we automate more of our trading operations, it will mean monitoring automated workflows, reviewing exceptions, and ensuring transactions are executed accurately and reliably.

This is a technical, detail-oriented and fast-paced operational role, combining precision with real-time problem-solving. You’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Compliance and Product to keep transactions seamless, secure and compliant, while helping us continuously improve how our operations work.

If you are motivated by responsibility, thrive on challenges and want to help shape the future of digital finance, let’s talk.

• Continuously improve: Collaborate with Product and Development teams to perform QA checks, streamline workflows, and enhance our platforms and customer experience.
