Program Manager

Enercon Technologies, a leading company in the field of power supplies and communication systems, specializing in the development and manufacturing of customized power solutions for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking a Program Manager.

Job Description:

Lead and manage the execution of multiple technological projects from initiation to completion.

Monitor project's data concentration, schedule management, budget, outputs and products.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables among the customers and various interfaces in the organization.

Look after project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Oversee the development of the projects and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.

Lead the PMOs team and manage day-to-day activities of the team, including prioritizing.

Work with computerized systems, such as MS Project and Priority.

Requirements:

BSc/BA in Management or a relevant field – Mandatory.

At least 5 years of proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably within defense companies.

3+ years of experience in a team management role.

Strong leadership capabilities.

Excellent analytical skills and a strong aptitude for data analysis.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with networking, electronic, or security products and operations.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with the capability to identify and resolve project issues quickly.

Thorough understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Experience with MS Project and Priority – an advantage.

Strong prioritization, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Fluent English (spoken and written) – required, as the role involves ongoing communication in English.
