AI Product Manager

Job Overview
As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our AI-based and Gen AI products
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of AI solutions that meet our customers' needs
The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI and machine learning technologies, product management experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify customer needs, trends, and competition, using insights to guide product decisions
Define and drive the AI and Gen AI product strategy, aligning goals with business objectives and market opportunities
Work closely with startups, creating proof-of-concept environments to drive rapid and impactful change, and contribute to building scalable, final solutions
Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on feedback, demand, and goals
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and effective communication
Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI products
Ensure AI products are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet target user needs
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and machine learning products
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, frameworks, and tools. Experience with bringing AI and Gen AI capabilities to production
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering value through innovative products
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
