Student Position: Performance Analyst

We are looking for Performance Analyst - Student:

Main purpose of the roll: Perform ongoing analysis of operational cost and performance indicators, providing alerts, KPI measurement, analytical support to all global operations functions as needed, Improve Global Operations Performance tools and dashboards.

Performance Analysis and Visualization:

Conduct basic data analysis on operational spend and efficiency tasks such as summarizing data, identifying trends and performing descriptive statistics. Support the development of data models and analytical tools.
Assist in creating data visualizations, graphs, and charts to communicate insights effectively.

Data Collection and update:

Assist in collecting and extracting data from various sources, ensuring operational and spend data accuracy and completeness. Constantly review systems data and address exceptions and problematic information issues.
Collaborate with team members to clean and preprocess the data

Analysis & Reports

Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis per requirements

Analytical support on on-going projects

Support various initiatives and project

Requirements:

Student for Industrial Engineering and Management/ Economics
At least a year and a half study balance
Basic knowledge of data manipulation, analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL and Tableau
Fluent English
Availability for 2-3 working days a week – a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and to communicate analytical findings in simple business language with relevant action items
