We're seeking a Data Analyst, the secret sauce for our Search teams (Operations, Quality, Product & Business). Collaborate across departments to identify trends, optimize processes, minimize risks, and fuel data-driven decisions with your analytical expertise and data visualization skills.

At least 4 years experience as business data analyst, using advanced BI Tools.
Advanced Knowledge in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
BI Statistics/Data Science degree or equivalent - Advantage
Use machine learning techniques to enhance relevant KPI’s.
Ability to solve business problems and provide clear and analytically-supported solutions.
Effective presentation skills to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and business insights related to Search business performance.
Analyze large, complex data sets representing behaviors, see beyond numbers and draw conclusions and help to inform, measure, and execute our business decisions
Leading full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, advanced analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and effective presentations.
Proactively identify areas for improvement based on data and analytical methodologies for effective business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in order to measure our effectiveness in quality, processes and product features.
