Business Data Analyst

What You'll Do:
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Conduct comprehensive data analysis using analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations and create strategic initiatives.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance.
Create and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of findings.
Data-driven Decision Making:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to apply data-driven insights across various initiatives.
Data Integrity and Quality:
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing best practices for data collection, processing, and storage.
Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Reporting and Infrastructure:
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance.
Develop data processes and build data infrastructure for relevant stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of dedicated experience in data analysis.
A self-learner and go-getter.
A natural problem-solver with analytical thinking and the ability to approach challenges logically and creatively.
Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries – a must.
Experience with data visualization tools – a must.
Understanding of marketing metrics – an advantage.
Working in a DBT environment and GitHub – an advantage.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
English fluent level - must
