Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on recruiting support across all open positions and recruiters worldwide — ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient hiring process from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

• Support all company-wide recruitment activities (not managing specific roles directly)
• Review and screen incoming CVs and applications for different roles 
• Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
• Communicate candidate status updates and handle rejections professionally
• Send assignments or technical tasks to candidates when relevant
• Post job openings across various platforms and social channels
• Perform proactive sourcing of candidates across LinkedIn and other platforms to build pipelines for key positions
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and high candidate experience

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience ideally from a placement agency or software/tech company – a must
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)- a must
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Service-oriented mindset and a true team player
