Requirements
1+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end for a high-tech company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - required for partnering with global teams and hiring managers
Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
Motivated and independent with a can-do attitude!
Role & Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition & HR Partner you will be responsible for:

Lead end-to-end hiring efforts across various departments, locally and globally
Source and recruit qualified candidates for our open global positions
Conduct comprehensive HR interviews
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and ensure successful outcomes
Source top-tier candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision in our recruitment process
Assist with key HR projects, including HR operations and processes throughout the employee life cycle
