The CX squad is a new team aiming to improve the engagement and retention of eToro users by enhancing their experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Serve as the quality expert of the team.
• Develop test strategies for each feature and conduct test reviews with the team.
• Implement test strategies through manual testing (80-90%) and through enhancing backend and frontend automation (10-20%).
• Ensure domain coverage through component, integration, and system tests.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design of testable solutions.
• Execute end-to-end tests, both manually and automated, as needed.
• Act as the guardian of deployments.

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA for frontend and backend features.
• Experience in automation development.
• Knowledge in developing component tests, integration tests, and unit tests.
• Experience working with microservices architecture for web applications.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• In-depth understanding of software testing theory and methodologies.
• A broad overview of system architecture and functionality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
