System QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a **QA Engineer** with 1–2 years of experience in manual testing, strong technical capabilities, and analytical thinking to join our **System QA team**.

The role involves testing multidisciplinary systems that integrate software, hardware, and algorithms; working closely with Development, Product, and Algorithms teams; investigating complex issues; and conducting tests both in the laboratory and at customer sites, including logistics warehouses.

We are looking for a proactive and technologically curious individual with strong learning abilities, personal ownership, and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to a professional team.

Responsibilities

* Plan, write, and execute manual tests for complex systems.
* Perform integration testing across software, hardware, and various system components.
* Identify, investigate, and document issues, including log analysis and gathering relevant information for Development teams.
* Work closely with Product, Development, and Algorithms teams.
* Conduct testing in the laboratory and in logistics warehouses under real-world operating conditions.
* Take ownership of system quality throughout the development lifecycle and up to version release.
* Develop expertise in the company’s QA tools and testing processes.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in manual testing.
* Strong technical capabilities and a solid understanding of hardware-software systems.
* Analytical thinking and strong troubleshooting and problem-investigation skills.
* Good understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes.
* Experience reading logs and analysing technical issues.
* Good written and reading proficiency in English.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
* Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to lead tasks from end to end.
* Willingness to work on-site and perform testing in logistics warehouses several times a week.

Advantages
