Junior Customer Success Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a motivated student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering & Management or Business Administration to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure a smooth experience, support their needs, and help maximize the value they receive from our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance throughout their journey.
• Understand client needs and business processes in order to provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• Learn and stay up to date with company products, tools, and technological processes.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in Industrial Engineering & Management or Business Administration. Full-time availability is a must!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, including business writing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) – an advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn technological products and processes.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of business processes with the ability to analyze needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
