FAQs Is this a permanent job position?

No. We work on a project basis and you will be included in our database as a freelance professional. As part of our freelance team, you will always be able to accept or reject any specific projects.

What would be my role in the company?

We have different types of services, and the projects we could ask you to conduct as a freelancer may change depending on your profession, language, and expertise. If needed, and once a project is assigned to you, a video call may be scheduled with one of our Project Managers to discuss any details and to answer any questions you may have.

Is this a remunerated position?

Yes. As each project is different from one another, whenever we are ready to start a new project for your language and country, you will receive files along with complete information including time frames, requirements, and remuneration.

Do I need to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement even if I have not accepted to take part in any projects?

Yes. All files, information and details that we will share with you are confidential. The NDA will only ensure that it will not be disclosed to any third parties and by no means we are assuming that you are accepting to collaborate with us in any projects if you sign it.

Do you ask for work references?

Yes. Due to company’s policies and quality standards we will need you to provide us with work references. We will ask your referees a simple feedback regarding your attitude, quality of work, etc.

Additional information

* For projects involving interviewees, we will never ask for their personal information or medical records.
* The projects we conduct are merely linguistic validation and/or research projects; medical consents are not needed.
* Regarding the duration, most projects could take about 2 - 3 weeks, i.e. 10 – 15 working days. How many hours, depends on the length of the project, it is an average of 2 hours a day which could be outside of normal business hours.

\*Some projects may take more or less time; you will receive all details before accepting to conduct any tasks.

* We do not know exactly how many times in a year we could ask for your collaboration; it is out of our reach as we depend on our client’s needs.
* Payments are settled through the following options: A) PayPal (preferred), B) Payoneer (preferred) or C) Bank Transfer.

You will probably need to have a bank account settled in USD if you are out of the European Union.
