Job Description:

Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Ensure corporate governance and ISOX compliance.
Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team, streamline and enhance financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with site controllers and finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and practices.
Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic financial planning.
Participate in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other processes as needed.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management.
Support the group CFO in preparing board materials, various presentations, and other executive-level communications.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA with background from one of the BIG 4 – Must.
Experience with publicly traded companies in Israel – Must.
Minimum 7 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years as a senior controller or similar role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders.
Excellent Excel and Office skills.
Experience with SAP and BI tools is an advantage.
Leader, highly organized, accurate, ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
