Data Analyst

A company on a mission to help people become the best version of themselves is on the search for a Data Analyst who will join its Biz Ops team in Tel Aviv.

Business Proficiency:

Establish and monitor lead measures across operational departments to accurately identify and measure business drivers.

Provide actionable insights that align with overarching business objectives and contribute to organizational success.

Operational Enablement:

Develop and maintain robust, visually engaging reporting systems that empower department leaders and upper management to easily track productivity, performance, and outcomes.

Ensure data visualizations are intuitive and tailored to support strategic decision-making across teams.

Independence:

Operate with autonomy, bringing experience and expertise to proactively identify problems, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Drive initiatives from ideation to execution, delivering results while effectively communicating technical requirements and solutions to stakeholders.

Collaborate with technical resources to ensure data needs are met with precision and clarity.

Technical Proficiency:

Leverage expertise in operational data tools (e.g., ad platforms, CRMs) to translate business needs into actionable data insights.

Ensure data is presented in formats that are digestible and actionable, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Here’s what we’re looking for

You have at least 3 years of experience as a data analyst in the online industry

You have strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries - a must

Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, etc.)

Ability to analyze data and transform it into insights

Experience with data processes and data modeling

You’re biased towards action; you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do and are comfortable working with ambiguity

You love turning numbers into actionable insights

You’re a strong communicator and have an art for communicating complex findings in a simple way in English
