About this opportunity
The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for supporting the roadmap development by having a wide understanding of the business and providing solutions to the relevant teams in the organization. Include ownership of limited releases, supporting deployments, understanding integration / 3rd party tools (APIs) and leading the transformation of knowledge to the tier 3 support and to the training teams (SME).
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will…
Be Point of contact for the product development core team and be part of the Product Life Cycle (PLC)
Support escalation from Tier 3 support team
Extract data from various sources, analyze it and point to the relevant data
Develop tools, automation and scripts to improve the current processes
Explore opportunities to improve process and tasks
Develop proactive and predictive processes and tools to improve the business
Solve complicated problems related to our flow and provides alternatives solutions and workaround
Work closely with a cross functional team between technical teams, Marketing, and R&D to flawlessly execute deployments, implementation support and regular consultation on iTero products
Deliver lecture-based and hands-on training courses for internal customers (Business support, tech support, Lab support) Transfer tech knowledge (internally),
Identify Gaps in current processes and work on improvements
Initiative: Tackles problems and takes independent action, seeks out new responsibilities, acts on opportunities, generates new ideas, practices self-development
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
In this role, you’ll need …
2+ years of experience as a professional services or technical projects manager
2+ years of experience in operation in a capital equipment company - is an advantage
Working knowledge of software development life cycle is a must.
Experience in SQL tools and Queries
Experience and/or understanding of Bug tracking tools such as Jira.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure situations, while developing sound implementation approaches which solve the business problem or environment which they support
Experience and/or understanding of programming language (e.g. C#, Python) – is an advantage
Experience with CRM and ERP systems – is an advantage
A bachelor’s degree - is an advantage
