What you'll do

The team is responsible for owning application security and user management areas, mission critical services, comprised of technically strong and motivated developers who will to act, improve, challenge, learn and grow together.
As a team leader at Vonage you will lead a team of highly talented software engineers and will have end-to-end ownership of the product from an engineering perspective.

What's required for application
At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of at least 5 engineers.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
Knowledge of various high-level software languages and tools like JavaScript/Typescript (NodeJS), Java (Spring), Postgresql, Redis, Kafka, AWS, K8S.
Experience in agile software development.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
