Profiel 1- Lead and mentor developers through coaching and sharing of knowledge Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software. Profiel 2- Lead the team day to day development challenges - Work closely with the product team to ensure working on the most important tasks and meet the timeline of the project. - Hands-on backend and mobile tasks, providing a B2C mobile application and a backend. - Ensure the team is on track, Estimate the work needed, leading the tech efforts, motivate the team and provide support to other developers. Profiel 1- 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer with frontend and backend development. -Proven ability to lead and mentor developers – 2 years of experience in Team leader/ Tech lead positions. - Experience building web applications from scratch. - A deep understanding of production systems and the architecture of web products. - BSc. or equivalent in Computer Science. - Excellent knowledge of AWS and Nodejs. - Experience working with at least one of the following frameworks: React/Vue. Independent, fast learner and excited about learning new technologies. Proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product and our customers. Profiel 2- Full stack development experience - Javascript + Typescript experience is a must Team player HO Developer + leader - part but expected to lead and support the team. AWS experience - our services are based on AWS services - ECS, SQS, SNS and many other AWS technologies will be a big part of the architecture of the system. React native - the main product is using React native, mobile application based on web technologies Entrepreneur spirit - we are a very small team, each member who joins is taking a huge part of our success, a can do spirit is a must.
