Senior Development Team Lead

We are recruiting a Senior Development Team Lead with a strong technological orientation and deep understanding of AI, combining development team management with Hands-On development of advanced systems based on .NET and React.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading a development team, including professional mentoring and technological leadership
• Hands-On development of systems based on .NET and React
• Designing architecture for Cloud and Microservices systems
• Leading code quality, Secure Coding, and Best Practices standards
• Integrating advanced AI tools into development processes, including Claude Code and LLM APIs
• Working with Product, DevOps, QA, and business teams
• Taking responsibility for Delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in software development with .NET, React, and SQL Server
• 3 years of experience managing development teams
• Experience designing architecture for complex systems and Microservices
• Experience working in GCP and Azure environments
• Experience and understanding of AI / Generative AI and use of AI Development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
• Experience with Secure Coding and familiarity with OWASP
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and CI/CD
• Strong technological leadership capabilities combined with a Hands-On approach
