Software Engineering Team Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a Software Development Team Leader for a leading financial institution in the Shfela region!

An exciting opportunity to take on a significant managerial and technical role, leading a software development team with hands-on Full-Stack responsibilities, driving AI solutions, Microservices architecture, and DevOps practices across a core enterprise system.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of Full-Stack development experience (approx. 50% Backend / 50% Frontend)
• Proven experience leading a software development team – Mandatory
• Significant hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, and HTML5
• Experience working with Git, Azure DevOps, and Elasticsearch
• Hands-on development experience in AI domains – Mandatory
• Experience developing and integrating with Microservices – Advantage
• Experience conducting code reviews and writing unit tests – Advantage
• Experience collaborating with Product teams, clients, and UX designers – Advantage
