HR Partner

Responsibilities
Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the local business unit.

Responsible for the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding and training.
Leading the local recruitment working with hiring managers and creating solutions to improve recruiting processes.
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Data integrity and operation- maintain an accurate database of the unit’s employees and positions.
Support the unit wellbeing activities, partnering with the relevant stakeholders.
Be the POC for general HR related questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Studies, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent
2+ years’ experience as a HRBP/ HRP
2+ years’ experience as a recruiter
Excellent relationship-building
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Strong English writing and speaking skills.
