Spectrum Dynamics Medical is engaged in the development, manufacturing, sale, and service of state-of-the-art nuclear medicine imaging systems.

We are spearheading the transformation of the Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography imaging systems from analog to digital detection technology, enabling hospitals and clinicians to provide superior healthcare services at a much lower cost.

Position Responsibilities

Support local and remote international users for day-to-day operations.
Participate in the IT R&D effort for the company’s current and future products.
Maintain and expand the company’s IT infrastructures locally and internationally.
Become a focal point and source of knowledge for all Product IT related subjects for all company functions.
Track CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) and respond with creating and tracking validation and update plans.
Track EOLs (End of Life) and respond with creating and tracking validation and migration plans.
Support the Sales team in answering RFPs and completing pre-sale assessments.
Support the Production team with maintaining system deployment tools and images.
Support the Service teams during system installations, post-sale integrations, and IT-related issues.
Support the QA teams with system validations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.

Experiences, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Extensive experience with Microsoft operating system family (Client and Server) and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with Office 365.
In-depth knowledge of Desktop Microsoft Operating systems.
In-depth knowledge of Desktop related security concepts and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of network concepts such as TCP/UDP, VLANs, Trunking, Gateways, etc.
Excellent and fluent English, verbal and written (Ability to write documents in English).
Experience with Workstation Hardening practices (Big Advantage).
Experience in Medical Devices companies, Hospitals, or Clinics IT (Advantage).
MCITP/MCSE/CCNA Certifications (Advantage).
Methodical, detail-oriented, and passionate about the IT field.
Ability for independent work and self-learning skills.

Willingness to travel when needed and possible.
