Account Manager Arabic Speaker

What is the role:Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation;Ensure that all necessary KYC and verification documents are collected;Ensure that all communications with clients are properly recorded in the CRM system;Maintaining client relationships, including retail and corporate clients;Accepting client phone calls and redirecting clients to relevant departments anddocuments as and if needed;Providing technical support to clients in relation to the Company’s platform, website andguiding customers;Providing technical support in relation to configuration of back office profiles, pricing,commissions, payments/rebates, margins, interest, accounting books, account moves andothers;Act as ambassador with regards to the quality of the information provided to clients andassist in ensuring customer satisfaction.What We are looking for:2+ years of works experience in Forex industry and same position or relatedFluent in Arabic (both written and oral), any other languages will be considered as anadvantageSelf-motivated and target drivenProactive in daily tasks, positive personalityThe desire to work for result Excellent negotiation skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsDynamic and innovative Self-motivated and target orientedStrong computer literacyWhat we are offering:Attractive SalaryMedical insurance after the probationary periodJob Type: Full-time
