Account Manager Arabic Speaker

What is the role:

Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation;

Ensure that all necessary KYC and verification documents are collected;

Ensure that all communications with clients are properly recorded in the CRM system;

Maintaining client relationships, including retail and corporate clients;

Accepting client phone calls and redirecting clients to relevant departments and

documents as and if needed;

Providing technical support to clients in relation to the Company’s platform, website and

guiding customers;

Providing technical support in relation to configuration of back office profiles, pricing,

commissions, payments/rebates, margins, interest, accounting books, account moves and

others;

Act as ambassador with regards to the quality of the information provided to clients and

assist in ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We are looking for:

2+ years of works experience in Forex industry and same position or related

Fluent in Arabic (both written and oral), any other languages will be considered as an

advantage

Self-motivated and target driven

Proactive in daily tasks, positive personality

The desire to work for result Excellent negotiation skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Dynamic and innovative Self-motivated and target oriented

Strong computer literacy
