Anchor is revolutionizing the B2B Payments industry. It is 2024 and businesses still waste a lot of time and money manually creating, issuing, and processing invoices. We are disrupting our market with an innovative end-to-end product designed for service providers' unique billing needs, turning the billing and collection process from a frustrating burden into a seamless automated function.

We’re seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team and play an integral role in our growing company. As a data analyst, you will uncover insights that drive key strategic decisions, collaborate with teams across the organization to unlock opportunities for growth, and create impactful dashboards and reports that make data accessible and actionable. You’ll solve complex challenges, and lead the charge in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. RESPONSIBILITY
Dive deep into data to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation.
Build and maintain robust SQL queries, dashboards, and reports to make data accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
Proactively identify and solve data-related challenges, paving the way for efficient data-driven practices.
Champion data accuracy, integrity, and best practices across the organization.
Work on creative solutions to complex problems, combining analytical rigor with out-of-the-box thinking.
Lead the way in building a data-driven culture.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of demonstrated experience working as a data or product analyst, preferably at a growing tech company. Comfortable with advanced usage of SQL and Excel for data querying and manipulation.
You are self-motivated and proactive. You’re comfortable wearing many hats and stepping up wherever needed
You know how to persevere when the path isn’t clear, love learning new things and solving complex problems.
You can see beyond the numbers and come up with innovative solutions to tough challenges.
You explain complex concepts in simple terms and inspire confidence in your recommendations.

EXTRA
Experience working in a SaaS company with a strong understanding of KPIs and SaaS metrics
Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
