Role Overview
As an SDR, you will lead prospecting and customer mapping activities and play a key role in building and developing the sales pipeline
Key Responsibilitie
- Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound and inbound activities
- Research and qualify leads using business directories, online searches, and digital resources
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, events, conferences, webinars, and more
- Build, manage, and maintain a database of potential customers
- Present and communicate relevant information to prospects
- Work closely with sales teams to support business development efforts
- Track and report sales performance and KPIs
Requiremen
- Previous experience with cold calling and lead generation – required
- Experience in business development or sales pipeline development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation, energy, strong organizational skills, and dedication
