We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, ultimately turning them into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert into qualified opportunities.
- Proactively seek new prospects through multiple pipelines, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand and expand market reach.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, or social media to retain and nurture existing customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and company targets.
- Manage leads and conversions effectively using a CRM system.
- Understand the needs of prospects and clearly communicate the value of Clear Gate’s solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B lead generation experience via cold calling.
- High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in objection handling.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in corporate productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, email, voicemail).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
- Energetic, dynamic, and highly motivated personality.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
