• Take full responsibility and ownership of the product, from inception to production

• Play a key role in the process of building our strategy and roadmap

• Own the product’s lifecycle—market research, user research, BI, scope, KPIs, and development process

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including PMs, UX, developers, and designers

• Conduct user data analysis and usability tests to continually improve the product

• Define and execute the product roadmap for key capabilities and components of Wix platforms

• Craft product strategies and write product requirements, including developer-oriented specifications

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on vision and strategy

• Prioritize work based on inputs from stakeholders and be flexible to iterate and adapt as needed

• Strategize to scale the product across different user contexts, from regional differences to device variances

• Lead the successful launch of complex, user-facing products to millions of users

• 3+ years of experience building consumer-facing visual and design products

• Passion for visuals, with a love for outstanding design products

• Strong attention to detail, both in terms of user experience and technical nuances

• Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis

• Excellent design instincts and an empathetic approach to customer development

• Technical skills to build scalable infrastructures and platforms (advantageous)

• Independent and self-driven, while also comfortable brainstorming and collaborating with colleagues

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of solving complex challenges in collaboration with diverse teams

• Agile mindset with a love for solving problems and adapting to constant changes
