About the Role:
We're looking for a Growth PM who owns growth as a system, not a function. Highly technical, deeply data-driven, and fluent in using AI to move faster, test more, and unlock new levers — across both our consumer product and B2B partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full growth funnel: activation → first payment → retention → revenue
- Run rapid A/B experiments, build onboarding flows and incentive mechanics
- Own and improve our B2B product offering and drive partner integrations forward
- Use AI as a core part of how you work — automate workflows, analyze data faster, test more
- Define, track, and improve core KPIs: conversion, retention, LTV
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product, Growth, or a similar role at a fast-moving company
- Strong technical foundation — comfortable working closely with engineers and getting into the data yourself
- Highly data-driven with proven experience running experiments across product and marketing funnels
- AI-native workflow — you use AI tools daily to move faster, not as a novelty
- Strong ownership mentality — you take ideas from 0 to 1 to scale
Bonus Points:
- Fintech, crypto, or payments experience
- SQL, scripting, or API experience
- CRM or experimentation platform experience
