Senior Product Manager - Healthtech

About the Role

We’re seeking a product professional who can take initiatives from concept to launch and beyond, combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution. This role requires close collaboration with both customers and internal teams, as well as the ability to turn complex needs into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product initiatives across the entire lifecycle — from initial discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate closely with engineering to shape scalable solutions and translate business needs into well-defined product requirements
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, leading discovery conversations to uncover challenges and validate product direction
• Define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and evolving customer needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, design, and business to drive successful outcomes
• Build a deep understanding of the company’s product ecosystem, including data flows, system architecture, and core capabilities
• Leverage user feedback and product metrics to continuously refine and enhance the product

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Solid technical acumen, including familiarity with complex systems, data structures, and architectural considerations
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients in product discovery or solution design discussions
• Excellent collaboration skills and a track record of working closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and communication abilities

Preferred Background

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or data-driven products in regulated environments

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Familiarity with documentation and workflow tools (e.g., Confluence, Lucidchart, or equivalents)
• Experience working with distributed or international teams
