Backend Team Lead - Analysis Team

Bionic is looking for an experienced Backend Team Lead that lives and breathes technology. At Bionic, you will have the opportunity to manage, design, develop and maintain out-of-the-box modules, algorithms and extensions while working with highly talented engineers.

Lead an amazing group of individuals responsible for Bionic network data sources while executing at a fast pace. Be an integral part of the research, design and development process and play a major role in making critical business decisions.

The role requires excellent managerial and communication skills as well as deep technical knowledge.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience
2+ years of experience as a leader - managing a team and leading projects from start to finish
Experience in working with databases, and backend software development
Hands-on experience with networking concepts and traffic protocols
Experience with developing and maintaining production systems
Mentality of a team player with a sense of ownership and ability to work and make decisions under pressure
Experience with research, reverse engineering or malware analysis
Experience with static code analysis is an advantage
Experience with embedded systems, low-level programming, and operating systems is an advantage

What you will do?:

Lead an innovative team of brilliant developers and researchers in designing a powerful automated reverse-engineering engine
Develop and design algorithms for static analysis
Develop, test, and maintain a high-performance production architecture
Make critical decisions on technical, architectural, product, and procedural matters
Play a key role in developing and designing the Bionic platform
Establish, nurture, and implement an efficient and effective research and development process in collaboration with Product Managers and other Team Leads
Mentor team members and share knowledge, as well as manage onboarding processes
