The company operates two state-of-the-art development centers located adjacent to train stations in Tel Aviv and the Northern / Coastal region, offering a hybrid model.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior / Lead C++ Software Engineer, taking an impactful, hands-on development role in architecting and implementing mission-critical software engines combining high-performance compute and AI for semiconductor workflows.
• Joining a core development squad with a designated leadership trajectory: spearheading complex technical initiatives hands-on initially, with clear progression into engineering management (Team Lead) as the organization continues its rapid expansion.
• Designing and optimizing high-performance, low-latency, and memory-efficient algorithms and systems written in modern C++ and C.
• Solving challenging algorithmic and computational bottlenecks at the intersection of high-performance software engineering, complex data structures, and advanced AI models.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Algorithm Researchers, Chip/Hardware Architects, and Product leaders to take proprietary stealth technologies from research into production-grade systems.
• Establishing best-in-class software design patterns, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior engineering talent within the team.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on software development expertise in modern C++ and/or C – Mandatory
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a leadership capacity as a Tech Lead or Team Lead – Mandatory
• Solid track record operating within established high-tech companies or fast-scaling tech startups – Mandatory
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, multithreading, concurrency, and memory optimization – Mandatory
• Natural leadership orientation, high ownership, and the ambition to step into formal people/team management roles – Mandatory
• Fluent technical communication skills in English (both written and verbal) – Mandatory
