We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented *Programmatic Ad Operations Manager *with analytical expertise to support business teams and build insights based on tracking and reporting.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

* Manage and monitor programmatic performance regularly, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our customers
* Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for the internal teams with goals, performance, and insights
* Contribute to developing new strategies to improve our performance across the board
* Support and assist the Account Management and Partnerships teams
* Work closely and collaborate with the product team on feature requests, product enhancements, and data analytics reports
* Onboard new supply and demand partners utilizing Prebid and oRTB protocols

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

* 3+ years of experience in ad-operations role from a global ad-tech company
* Proven experience with operating within SSPs\\exchanges and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
* Hands-on management of large-scale budgets
* Analytical skills, with high proficiency in MS Excel (Must!) and Google applications
* Experience in onboarding new supply and demand partners, including integration, discrepancies, and resolving issues yourself
* Excellent written and verbal English for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
* Attention to detail and the ability to quickly master multiple dashboards and tools
* Excellent self-learning capabilities, strong quantitative and analytical skills
